Sanders won the popular vote in New Hamshire but Buttigieg also got 9 delegates from New Hampshire so the delegates in title are Iowa and New Hampshire combined. Sanders got 9 delegates from New Hampshire and Klobuchar got 6 delegates from New Hampshire. Warren came in 4th which likely means Biden came in 5th which isn't good for Biden at all. Klobuchar got 1 delegate in Iowa too.
So, delegate wise Buttigieg is in first place in the Democratic Presidential race so far (regarding delegates).
