You would create and transport a virus like this one. And Because China is capable of draconian methods that democracies are not possibly they would sustain less damage as is presently the case. I'm not saying this is what has happened but the Chinese just like the Americans are opportunists and will use things to their advantage either way. The anger from the Chinese against what happened to them in the Trade war from Trump is extreme just like the anger from Putin Towards the U.S. from the collapse of the Soviet Union is extreme. His anger is directed at Saudi Arabia (for dropping oil prices) which led to the collapse of the old Soviet Union. But also anger at Americans led by Reagan which resulted in the collapse of the old Soviet Union when he was a young KGB Colonel in East Germany before the Berlin wall fell.
In regard to China they think in long term planning like many or most cultures that have survived long term in Asia do too. However, Americans are very in the moment because of our culture being a younger and more experimental one. Asians see the advantage of our being experimental but also see our weakness as being so experimental often we don't plan enough for the future. So, this lack of planning they are now using against us with the Coronavirus.
So, it doesn't matter whether this is accidental or whether it was on purpose China is using this against us just like Trump used the Trade War against China.
So, the best way to say this is both Putin and China are at war with us and this is what it looks like whether the virus is accidental and an act of God or not!

Look at Russia: only 1 coronavirus death!
However, the other way to look at this is Russia and China cannot be trusted regarding anything to do with Coronavirus. If they were, we wouldn't be in the fix we are in now from the U.S. to Europe to Iran.
