My religion I was raised in was the best and the worst thing that ever happened to me

But, to be realistic I feel the same way about my first and 2nd marriages as well and see my 3rd marriage I am presently in as the BEST thing that ever happened to me.

So, I don't think I'm alone in this in the effects of the religion people get raised in.

I was able to overcome this problem mostly by realizing that all qualities have both good and bad sides. In the 1950s through the 1970s there was this tendency to want to rip out bad qualities from yourself and this usually damaged people a lot I observed during these times.

So, when I came to see that all qualities in life have both good and bad sides to them I didn't have to try to "RIP Out" bad qualities. Rather I learned to emphasize the good side to each quality.

For example, stubbornness is the other side of determination. So, I emphasized determination over stubbornness in myself and also how I trained my children to be.

Then there is Hate and the other side of Hate is Love. If you observe what hate is it is a form of fear. But, is this fear rational or crazy and out of control? So, often you can with wisdom and experience turn hate towards love. This avoids paranoia and violence in your life and preserves not only your lives but the lives of those around you as well.

This might be the single most important thing for people to understand during the coronavirus. Are these people competing for items in the supermarket like toilet paper really your enemies or are they just scared little children freaking out unrealistically? And can you have compassion for them and yourselves? And beyond that can you figure out ways to cover your needs without resorting to violence over time.

I just heard on TV on CNN the reason that the people stayed in the rest home in Kirkland Washington. It was because no one would take them at a certain point. So, one by one they are all dying of coronavirus because it is permeated inside that rest home now. So, once people started dying there no one wanted to infect their hospital or home and spread the virus further. So, those precious old people in the Kirkland Washington rest home are the sacrificial lambs of the coronavirus epidemic.

Are they innocent? Of course! So, will all the people who die of coronavirus be innocent.

Can we do something about it? Yes. We can learn from this awful mistake murdering all these people's older relatives one by one in this rest home in Kirkland Washington.

What are YOU going to do to prevent another rest home Holocaust like this one worldwide?
