However, since at this point I'm thinking a UFO said that to Moses it does change a lot. Especially because they used lasers to cut out the rock tablets for Moses to take back to his people with the 10 commandments on them.
Imagine actually being a UFO from another time line or planet and seeing how people were behaving then when life was more chaotic than now and giving people the 10 commandments so they might get along better with each other. This was long before Democracies came into existence so you can only imagine just how primitive life was then.
I remember going to "Sunday School" and the lady brought a long piece of violet plastic about 4 feet tall and we were supposed to put this around us and invoke the violet flame. I thought at the time (I was age 6) that this was the most ridiculous thing I had ever seen so I went and hid in the bathroom. The lady's son came to get me out of the men's room and I told him I wasn't coming out. So, he stayed and talked to me. He was more used to stuff like this but I was a very outdoor boy and this just seemed ridiculous to me at the time.
I could relate to my Davey Crocket Fringe covered deerskin outfit with a flintlock that someone had bought for me but not this at the time.
But, I did like going to Mt. Shasta and to Shasta Springs and walking down the trail to where the Springs were near the railroad tracks with boys 5 to 12 years old then with no adult accompaniment and playing and walking along the railroad tracks to Moss Spray Falls then near Dunsmuir on the Sacramento River then starting in 1954 when I was 6. The Saint Germain Foundation bought Shasta Springs where President Teddy Roosevelt once stayed when he was president which was a resort of the turn of the century around 1900 or so. There was once a tram to ride up from the railroad tracks to the resort. But, I don't think it lasted much beyond the early 1950s because it just cost too much to maintain for the religious foundation. So, if you wanted to go to the Sacramento river you walked down the windy trail like us boys always did. Many many amazing memories there from age 5 to 12 especially and then after also until I was 21 years old and left the church. I took girlfriends to Moss Spray Falls to when I was 16 to 21 years old and also we drove to Castle Lake too.
MY experiences were a lot like "Stand By Me" the movie. Same era as these boys with same songs.
