I thought Global Dimming was something people were trying to do not something that already is happening!

Global dimming is the reduction in the amount of global direct irradiance at the Earth's surface that has been observed since systematic measurements began in the 1950s. The effect varies by location, but worldwide it has been estimated to be of the order of a 4–20% reduction. Global dimming is thought to have been caused by an increase in particulates or aerosols, such as sulfate aerosols in the atmosphere due to human action. It has interfered with the hydrological cycle by reducing evaporation and may have reduced rainfall in some areas. Global dimming has been attributed as the leading factor in the 1984 Ethiopian famine by reducing heating at the tropics which drives the annual monsoon, or wet season.^[2]

So, let me get this straight in my mind now. If Global dimming is due to Sulfate aerosols in the atmosphere, then is the drought in the Western United States also caused by Sulfate aerosols in the atmosphere and is China causing this on purpose as a form of Warfare? Sort of in the same vein as Cyber Warfare?

And is the U.S. government not talking about this because we don't want a nuclear war?

From everything I'm reading regarding global Dimming this could all be true.

So, it's quite possible that the real cause of droughts in the western U.S. since the early 2000s is China or Russia?

However, another question might also be: "If Global Dimming causing droughts in the Western United States and elsewhere on earth were not being caused by maybe China or Russia or both how much worse would global Climate change really be than it is already worldwide?

So, places like the western United States are suffering from no water but other places might be suffering less because of the suffering in the Western United States?

All these things very well might be true which would be why the U.S. Government is not speaking publicly about all this because there are less populations in the Western U.S. than in the Eastern U.S.

Therefore, they would be writing off western populations and thinking instead that they should all move back east where there is enough water, even though most of that water is polluted in various ways there which is one reason why people moved west to less polluted territories to begin with.
