Why is it that the moon does not rotate ever? This has always sort of bothered me about the moon

 My Daughter and I were talking about this today and I told her I believed that the moon was the largest piece of Maldek (now the asteroid belt) that could be rescued and brought to earth. Her point of view was that this was a base sort of like the "Death star" of Star wars. I said why couldn't what both of us think be true at the same time. She said, "What if is was a base circling Maldek before it blew apart from nuclear weapons?" I said once again: "It's likely that what we both think is true in various ways about the moon.

So, what are people going to find when they dig into the moon? Water for one thing has been found many places especially in craters which would protect the water from boiling off and going into space. So water hidden from the sun would stay frozen and likely attached to the moon. 

You might say: "What about the moon dust everywhere?" Well. What if the base was built inside a moon or asteroid circling Maldek before it nuked out of existence 65 million years ago?

So, what if most colonists who didn't die on Maldek came to earth on the moon as a ship which carried most of them here. You could likely save millions of people if you housed them inside a "Moon Ship" that size. It's possible that humans who are a humanoid Ape hybrid were hybridized by genetic engineers inside the moon before coming here 65 million years ago. human beings then took care of the humanoids because they didn't do well on earth because their immune systems were acclimatized to Maldek and Mars where they grew up (most of them) because some of them would have been from other solar systems where the residents of Maldek and Mars originally migrated from.

It's sort of like the pilgrims coming to earth from Europe in 1620 or something only these folks came in spaceships to the solar system likely or migrated to Venus when the sun was cooler and then went out to Maldek and mars when Venus got too hot to live on anymore.

So, our ancestors have been in the Solar system AT LEAST 65 million years or longer so far coming and going by space travel (those who could afford it).

Later after thinking more about this.

It might be important to realize that relatives of ours continue to visit earth and sometimes pretend to be human beings even though they are humanoids and not Earth born human beings like us.

We are presently in a process of evolution and as we live past 100 and 200 years likely they might start to consider us to be adults too instead of children who can never live long enough to actually grow up.
