This movie for me was very cathartic and wonderful in it's nature. Even though it follows a formula of the cult film "Dr. Strangelove" in it's own way too, I still found the film somehow delightful from beginning to end. It observes how isolationist and self serving most people are now in this world and the problems it creates for literally everyone on earth in this movie.
Watching this through the eyes of a Social Scientist or Anthropologist will possibly entertain you and in some ways horrify you to the core while laughing. This is why I found it cathartic because it shows how being only self serving could take everyone to extinction here on earth.
And be sure to watch what happens beyond earth too. I think the word is broncosaur or something like that?
