This is a funny thing to think about which is sort of like the philosophical question:
"If a tree falls in a forest and no one observes this, did it actually happen? And the philosophic enquiry scientific explanation would be: "No. It didn't happen." which always has bothered me a lot about science ever since because it is like wearing blinders. And the results of this thinking are often stupid and convoluted in science ever since they made this a scientific premise of experiments.
So, if you are beyond the galaxy and you are in a Space suit with air to breathe does time and space exist?
Philosophically, I would have to say "NO".
BUT, since you remember what time was as a human being and you might be wearing a watch I would look at the watch to see what it said because your senses you might not be able to trust at this point.
So, what does your watch say? It could say almost anything. But, if you are beyond the galaxy you likely aren't going to be happy with your experiences beyond the galaxy unless you have been prepared somehow for this experience so you don't just die screaming and that's all.
But, what if you woke up surfing down a 50 or 75 foot tall ocean wave and you had never surfed before?
Would you survive this? Probably not. Maybe this is the same thing somehow. It's all a matter of what you have prepared yourself to face in life. But, if it is something you didn't prepare for then watch out and just try to stay calm through it anyway. This way at least you have a chance of surviving it.
