I have been without internet the last few days in Glacier National Park

The hotel I stayed at because of heavy weather for 2 days had their power left on but lost wifi in the process. We were in Yellowstone at Old Faithful Inn and realized it was bad and we needed to get out of there. So, we went to near Livingston Montana only to have the road we just came out (the north Yellowstone entrance) washed away near Gardiner, Montana.

Here is what happened there shortly after we drove through there:

So, needless to say we were very grateful to miss this road collapse. So, we went ahead of it. God has been with us through all of this.
Then we stayed in a hotel alongside the Yellowstone River. the man at the front desk where we stayed was worried his family's home would be washed away in the record floods. We woke up and looked on our veranda and whole green cottonwood trees were being swept away in the flood and we felt like we should leave too because it was possible even our room cabin would eventually be swept away soon too. The rate of large dead or alive trees going down river was unbelievable there near Livingston. Then we drove through Livingston and saw many houses flooded from the river at flood stage. The road was raised enough so I don't think the road flooded but then again we didn't stay to find out but the police and first responders were there to help those being flooded out at that time. Then we headed west and north towards Glacier National park and rode out most of the bad storm there. Luckily the snow levels were above 5000 feet so we didn't get snow that stuck to the ground at least.

Then in two days from then we wanted to go up into Canada which we eventually did through Carway after witnessing the extreme beauty of Glacier National park after the storm died down a little but was still lightly raining but the winds weren't as bad as before. We had to get our permits to go into Canada by parking in front of the library at Browning and some folks gave us the library password to the wifi there. So, we used our laptop computers for two couples to get permission to go into Canada because we all had 4 vaccinations so we would be allowed in with online permission. This was good because when we went through Carway into Canada the customs official allowed us in after only a 2 minute interview and seeing our passports. So, soon we were on our way into Canada and went up as far north as Calgary where I had never been before. This country is open plains and grasses with many cattle and horses and goats mainly from the border up as far north as Calgary by the way in Alberta, Canada.
