Rain and Snow
bring life giving essence
to a parched Earth
Especially here in California this year
However, it also brings people snowed into their homes and unable to get out for weeks at a time without food. It brings Supermarkets roofs collapsing in places like Crestline California because even though they had snow blowers they couldn't remove the snow as fast as it came down and the roof collapsed.
It brings flooding to many places in California.
So, the rain and Snow both give life and they take lives along the way whether those lives die or they are financially ruined it is much the same.
However, for many parts of California the Drought is over (At least for this year)
