When I first began to blog at this site I wasn't looking at all at my statistics page then in 2007. Also, I was new to all of this and at that point I mostly was happy I didn't have to blog by programming everything into HTML. I still do HTML (hypertext markup language) for my Links pages about every 7 days or so to give people an idea what most people are reading the most here at this site.
However, the most read articles of all time since 2007 are these:
Top 10 Most Popular Posts
- The ultra-lethal drones of the future | New York Post 2014 article
- reprint of: Drones very small to large
- most read articles from KYIV Post
- Anthropogenic effects:Human impact on the environment:Wikipedia
- Russia and Brazil Hit Hardest in Sovereign Risk Ratings...
- Cessna 152
- 158,008 visits to intuitivefred888
- Help:Wiki markup language
- How He lives without money
- Did Emilia Clarke Use a Body Double During the Fire Scene on Game of Thrones?
Often I don't fully understand why something goes viral. the one that makes the most sense to me is:
reprint of: Drones very small to large
The other one that makes a lot of sense to me is:
Anthropogenic effects:Human impact on the environment:Wikipedia
the first article that went really viral and changed my readership a lot was this one written in 2010:
What I'm trying to say here is that these 10 articles got thousands and thousands of visits over the years. My statistics page doesn't always tell me how many visits to a specific article but I'm thinking that the top 5 likely have over 200,000 to 500,000 visits each over a 10 year period after they were first compiled or written.
As a blogger why people read or share certain articles doesn't always make full sense to me. However, if you want to please your readers give them more of the articles they visit the most if you can.
From my point of view I have a lot of interests and where my interests and my readers interests intersect I can share with them a whole lot of cool stuff over the years.
By God's Grace
