The wife of a Friend of ours is sick from the Toxic plumes from Moss Landing Battery Storage facility on fire

Many people are already sick from fumes from Teslas and other EVs that have burned up in the Los Angeles fires. For that matter any EV that catches on fire near people breathing likely is going to make people sick. I'm not sure that even an M 95 mask would protect you from these fumes because they are so very toxic. Also, water does NOT put out Lithium Battery fires permanently either. So, this is an ongoing three mile island event in regard to fires and lithium batteries whether they are electrical storage areas like this on in Monterey County on the coast or whether they are electrical batteries burning up in electrical powered cars all over the earth. Water just doesn't put out these fires and they can restart days or weeks later without warning. 

So, one week after the original fire event in Moss Landing they still are having problems there so severe that Monterey County has declared an Emergency because of all the problems with people's health from these toxic fumes and more.
