In 1975 I would have been 27 years old and was just married with a new baby Son and lived in Rancho Bernardo, California in San Diego county then and I had just moved back from Hilo, Hawaii with my wife and baby and was a partner in a mining Company and lived in a house my father and I built Monday through Friday near Yucca Valley then. We were refurbishing a mining mill in 29 Palms. I was working with a friend who was an architect then who went to Cal Poly San Luis Obsipo who passed away this year here in California.
So, I came home with my wife and baby and watched this First Saturday Night live Show in Rancho Bernardo California then with my family. I was a fan from the very beginning and laughed often until I cried at the sketches both then and now.
I can understand why SNL has been around 50 years because it has always been one of the best things on TV since 1975.
