When I grew up in the 1950s and 1960s almost all boys were sometimes criminals between 12 and 25

I'm not growing up now so I don't fully know if it is still the same. But, from 12 to 25 when I grew up all sorts of things were happening. One of my best friends stole a Corvette and had to go to an honor farm in the San Fernando Valley for a few months in punishment. He was likely 16 years old. Other friends did all sorts of bad things too. Teenagers between 12 and 25 often do all sorts of bad things. This is why Musk's 17 to 25 year olds (without Security clearances) shouldn't be put within a 100 miles of adults sensitive data in regard to DOGE. There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY OF ANY KIND regarding what Musk or Trump are doing with DOGE. And people's bank accounts and credit cards are starting to be affected nationwide as a direct result of them likely selling or using personal information from the IRS or other agencies where they have fired everybody but kept stealing information after they fired people from these Agencies nationwide. 

It isn't usually until a boy becomes a man enough to get married sometime between 25 and 35 that all this changes and men start to buckle down. But, generally speaking you cannot really trust any young man  who is single completely between the ages of 12 and 25 because of all the hormones and other changes going on inside their bodies and minds.
