Jesus' real name in his native Language Aramaic is "Yesu or Yeshua". the word Jesus is a European concept of Yesu or Yeshua

So, I suppose if someone wants to actually name their child after Jesus the more useful way would be to call them Yesu or Yeshua which is what Jesus was actually called in Aramaic which is still spoken by some in the Middle East by the way.
