Schumer was actually very wise when he voted for funding the government. Why?
There is a subtlety here that most people have missed.
What they missed is that if the Democrats shut down the government they would have to own that they shut down the government.
Now the axe comes down ONLY on the Trump government for destroying our government. The people can now direct the full force of their anger at Republicans and not Democrats.
However, it's also true that Democrats have only a 27% to 29% approval rating of all voters not just Democrats.
However, now Trump and Musk can be directly blamed for EVERYTHING happening in destroying our government. Trump can be blamed for being Herbert Hoover 2 and Neville Chamberlain 2 in Giving up Europe to Putin. Even the burning down of the Heathrow electric Substation likely was done by Putin to scare the European world and Americans and everyone on earth. Trump only demostrates he is clueless about how dangerous Putin is to him and to Everyone on earth.
We have a complete fool for a president and Putin knows this too. Putin will be the death of Trump and I think Trump might be aware that this is true because of his "Golden Dome" thing. He is beginning to realize that Putin likely will kill him and his family at Putin's convenience Just like Krushchev killed President Kennedy in November 1963 because of the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962.
