The last two days it has been colder and mostly light rain and drizzling here in Santa Barbara. For example, right now it is still mostly cloudy and raining to our north in the San Francisco area which is about maybe 5 hours by car from Santa Barbara up 101 northwards. I opened the drapes today to see sunlight on the lawn outside but still mostly cloudy. Luckily our heating and air conditioning system for the house has been performing well and keeping us warm in the colder temperatures. Presently it's 54 degrees which is cooler for Santa Barbara but tonight it will likely get into the low 40s and it has been breezy for several days now.
