I also wrote this to try to protect Fire Victims of the Los Angeles County fires
I was talking with my wife and she was saying how any time someone loses someone close to them it wouldn't be a good idea to be on any of the weight loss drugs like Mounjaro or Ozempic mostly because taking these injections once every week (usually you do it yourself in your leg or belly) can depress people enough to possibly commit suicide.
Weight loss drugs basically take away your sense of well being. You don't eat like you did before because sugar and carbs might make you feel like you are going to throw up and you don't want to throw up.
However, your complete loss of a sense of well being while losing weight is hard to manage even if everything is working okay in your life. So, if you are dealing with something really traumatic like a death in the family or a friend or losing your home to a fire or tornado or hurricane or flooding you might not want to be doing weight loss drugs too if you want to stay alive going through all this.
However, your commitment is only 1 week per innoculation you give yourself so theoretically if you felt suicidal all you have to do is to wait a week and just not take the next shot unless you want to be dead.
