Because first of all "The Pen is Mightier than the sword". If you go out of non-violence and into something else you have already lost in our democracy. So, speaking your mind to whoever will listen has never been more important than it is right now.
Republicans and Democrats at present have completely failed the nation in protecting our democracy from outright white collar Criminals like Musk and Trump. They should not be doing anything that they are doing now.
It's like the Rape of American Civilization by people who don't deserve the authority to do this.
Our whole history is being raped now and just like humpty Dumpty might not be able to be put together right ever again.
It took us 250 years of mistakes and successes to get here (ONLY TO BE DESTROYED BY CRIMINALS LIKE TRUMP AND MUSK?)
Why?
It's a return of the Robber Barons of the 1890s once again! Where there was no safety for workers and they died by the thousands underpaid and neglected by their employers.
