The problem becomes WHEN all that moisture decides to come to the ground at once over land. It isn't the same problem over water because most people don't live all the time over water. But, it becomes a problem over land where ranches and farms and homes in general all wash away in flood plains. AT this point unless you live somewhere on a hill somewhere often your ranch or farm or home will be washed away in these coming floods worldwide. This is a worldwide problem and phenomenon that people are dealing with and will only increase significantly during the next 300 years or more.

The other problem as ice melts all over is that there will be more water in the oceans so all ocean towns and areas will become inundated by ocean water more and more. I live in California and already there have been places where palm trees on land are being washed into the ocean during storms. I have also observed this same thing in the Hawaiian Island on Maui and Kauai because I usually visit there about once a year so I can see the damage rising ocean levels are creating ongoing. It isn't going to stop either but only get worse over time worldwide. So, slowly ocean towns are washing away little by little especially during storms during high tides.
