I think it's likely that people will NEVER forgive Trump and Musk for the harm they are doing to everyone. And Especially to the damage to the lives of their children and friends and relatives with so many social welfare government funded things going away that keep the middle and lower classes alive and not dead.
It's moving very quickly to the ire of 1929 and the Stock market collapse when Hoover collapsed the Stock Market mostly through Tariffs which resulted in the Great Depression.
We seem to be headed towards either another Great Recession or Great Depression right now because Trump and Musk are "Out of their minds" in a similar way that Herbert Hoover was.
