We are the ONLY large global economy here in the U.S. that is not already in Recession or Depression

 So, As a direct result Tariffs could throw the U.S. into a Recession or Great Depression very easily. So, Trump is literally playing with fire regarding Government layoffs which are already sending areas of the country where these Laid off Government employees live into a recession or Depression already causing many businesses likely to go bankrupt from these layoffs who service these employees who now have no money but their savings (if any).

And the people likely suffering the most right now are Trump voters who actually voted for him including veterans who have since been laid off government jobs (1/3 of the layoffs have been Veterans by the way).
