Writing about past, present and future lifetimes is more of an art than a science. Why?

 Because if it isn't done properly it can easily be fatal. Why is this?

Because most people (if they have reincarnated have died in awful ways in past, present or future lifetimes).

So, if you connect with some of those memories they are going to drive you insane like some movies can also do if they show awful ways that people die.

So, when I tune into past lifetimes I am very careful because I know that tuning into the worst aspects of reincarnation can lead to suicide or death or a lot of bad things.

So, I give this prayer ongoing (or something like this to protect myself from all this)

Dear God,

Please show me what i need to know about my past, present and future lifetimes. I don't want to remember drowning or being burnt at the stake or being beheaded by a sword in battle or being tortured to death or things like this.

What I want to know about is who the people I meet in my life are to me in past, present and future lifetimes so I can better deal with all the types of relationships coming over now from past, present and future lifetimes here on earth or beyond.
