x-Men: Days of Future Past(2014): Theoretically one way to create a better future
This theoretically at least is one way you change the past. I envision how the Galactic Time Guard is somewhat different than this but I can see this would be one method of creating a better future.
However, what I have observed is that they tend to do it somewhat different than this. They often let whatever bad happen first. This way you know what happened. Then you trace back to who caused the problem (usually the nuking or chemical poisoning of whole cities or nations or the earth itself). Then they go back further in time and prevent the births of those who caused the problem. So, retroactively there is no conflict only people who are never born. This is how the Galactic Time Guard tends to operate here on earth. If the people who caused the mess are necessary for a useful time line then androids who are biologically identical genetically to the person removed are replaced at birth so the negative events never occur on the changed timeline and the person's positive things that they created in their lives also happen too.
However, there are levels of this:
The Galactic Time Guard
The Lemurian Time Guard which is His Oneness in Shambala who has been alive for thousands of years now.
Then you have the United Nations Time Guard set up after World War II with agents from all over earth.
Then you have individual nations time Guards like the U.S., England, Russia, China with more and more nations having time guards for changing time every day within their own nations as well. Time is changed mostly to prevent nuclear holocausts from happening or other incidents that cause the deaths of a million or more people if they aren't changed (time changed).
However, there is a limit to how much you can change timelines before everything unravels completely and all time lines might cease to exist in that locality of space and time. So, people have to be very judicious about all this unless they want everyone on Earth to cease to exist suddenly one day in a more permanent way. And even then people would go back in time and prevent the too many time changes and we would be back someplace like here today on Friday May 9th 2025 once again.
