Why do I say this?
Because it is in the Democrats best interests to rub it in regarding how much the Trump Adminstration is NOT taking care of the needs of the people in any useful way. By rubbing the Republicans noses in their harm to the American people it causes more people to vote Democratic, especially people harmed by this shutdown and harmed by an average of $200 more for healthcare per adult per month right now through Obamacare because of Trump's decisions. When people understand this (if they don't already) they will tend to vote Democratic in order to not go bankrupt and starve and so they can still afford healthcare nationwide.
