Sometimes he went a little too far with all of this but he was always very intelligent and once went to UC Berkeley as a Law Student. Then in 1972 he bought remote property in Mt. Shasta at 4000 feet nearby the land I eventually bought with my ex-wife and older children around 1980 which he told me about because of it's great view of Mt. Shasta and the fact that there was a spring on the land too. He didn't have either of these things on his land where he built an A-Frame. I also built an A-Frame from 1980 to around 1982 when we finished building our home completely. It had a septic Tank and a tool shed around the toilet where the septic tank was. However, in the winter time we couldn't use it because there was no heat in the Shed and the toilet tank would freeze. So, life in some ways was primitive there at this land without electricity or phones or things like this. But, it also saved us around $60,000 in rent in 5 years time too which was great and we were able to home school our children there too.
He always owned a large 4 wheel drive truck as long as I knew him and when the children were younger we would go up on the mountain when before all the 4 wheel drive roads were closed by the forest service above 9000 feet in elevation. I think this was a good idea too to keep the Mountain more pristine and natural.
Being around another Visionary whose predictions often came true was good for me. Most people aren't like this where they can see the future often like myself and my friend.
It's kind of eerie when you see the future coming and then it happens. However, it also keeps you alive when other people die too.

So, the best part of seeing the future is when you get out of the way of something bad that is going to happen.
So, this seems to be one of the reasons why the human race hasn't gone extinct yet because of people like myself who can see the future.
