part of it is IIT in India trains some of the best computer programmers on earth who are good workers. Without them Silicon Valley and other computer centers are sort of lost.
Living near Silicon Valley mostly since around 1980 or so I understand this. I bought my first AT IBM Clone computer in 1987 with a color Epsom Printer for 2500 dollars in 1987 in Silicon Valley and taught my kids to program in Basic language and taught them MSDOS from Microsoft which was the operating system then.
