Seeing yourself and all beings as your children and sisters and brothers who you need to take care of.
But, you must take care of yourself first or you won't be alive to take care of anyone else.
I learned this in my 20s when I was getting lost in Soul Travel a lot.
One day in my 20s I realized that if I didn't take care of my physical body that God Gave me here on earth I soon would be dead.
This changed everything so could help myself and all beings I am aware of.
