Laugh and the world laughs with you. Cry and you Cry Alone

This is very true. I noticed this always when I was suffering the most I was the most alone. I also noticed that non-dualistic people like Native Americans and Tibetan Buddhist laugh all the time even at things most Americans wouldn't laugh about. Why is this?

The title says it all. If you can laugh about something you can release the tensions of the moment of whatever you are dealing with and you let it go whatever it is and you can move on with your life in a more happy and constructive manner.

Also, joking with people (as long as it's not at their expense) tends to bond people together in life.

For example, soldiers (especially American Soldiers) have been known for their humor. Sometimes if people are dying around you all you have left is Gallows humor to keep on going, especially with people dropping dead around you.

So, humor might keep you alive when you have been so tense and worried about something that you might have a stroke or heart attack and die because of whatever is bothering you.

So, finding a way to laugh about it is really important.

For example, when you get married (or before) it is really important to be able to laugh about sex with your partner if they can deal with it.

Otherwise, people having sex might kill each other if they are attached to things ridiculous in one way or another.

Unless you can be playful in life as much as possible why live at all?

When God came to me at around 20 he said to me?  "You are too serious"

Then God said to me personally: "There are really only two sins in life. Taking life too seriously and not taking life seriously enough."

When I saw God we were in the Orion Nebula together and then I woke up and I shook for several days after that as what God had said to me sunk deep into my being.

Of course it is also true that I invited and invoked God to live in my body when I was 15 so I wouldn't die too.

All these things are True.

By God's Grace
