So, often it is your relatives who come to you as angels if they were good people and helped you grow up and survive better in your life. Just because someone takes care of you when they are alive doesn't mean that they stop taking care of you when they pass on too.
IN some ways understanding this is everything in life.
Families help each other both in this world and the next and we come from the world of the Angels too. That's where we come from.
A Body is something we wear here on earth. However, we are not this body it's more like a car we drive around in. However, it is a gift like giving a car to one of your children on their 16th birthday like this which opens their horizons to a whole new world in their lives.
