Would you take advice from an adding machine? That's a lot of what AI actually is. It's zeros and ones just like an adding machine in Binary

If you programmed computers as far back as I have since the mid 1960s you see these things as what they really are (glorified adding machines using formulas (sort of like Geometry, Algebra and the like). So, would you actually take advice from an adding machine that operates in  Binary that never had a body and never grew up as a human being to know really anything from anything ever? If you have never operated EVER in the physical world how can you really know anything for sure? AI is a concept not a real thing. It doesn't really matter that the concept communicates with you because it isn't human and doesn't understand what it fully takes to survive in this physical world.

So, if you ask questions like "If I am immortal can I drink poison and live and it says: "Yes if you are immortal you can drink poison and live" remember what it just said: "IF YOU ARE IMMORTAL" are the key words here but you are not immortal and can't drink poison and live! This is reality!
