The biggest killer this century likely will be Global Climate changes

Why is this True?

It has been going this direction since the 1970s or earlier when Global Climate changes was first researched and predicted by all the changes yearly up to that point. Now we are seeing things like Kelvin Waves combining with King Tides to destroy houses in California and seeing places like Florida inundated too from a combination of King Tides and 11 foot waves and 30 mile per hour winds blowing waves and water and high tides onto the Atlantic Side of Florida. When will Florida Start to become islands because of this rise in Sea levels? It's hard to predict exactly when Florida will start to become islands but it is likely inevitable with glaciers melting all over the world raising sea levels this fast.

Then you combine this with the Super El Nino (like no El Nino ever before in the pacific Ocean) and you have a real mess worldwide from all the changes this is bringing and we haven't even begun to see how bad this can get in California and Florida and Hawaii or up and down the whole coast from South America all the way up to Alaska.

So, preparing for almost any sea level rise and almost any high tide is what people are going to have to do whose houses they own or they rent anywhere on the ocean worldwide this year and in future years from now on. 

And this doesn't even begin to give you the information you need to know about Hurricanes and Tornadoes and extreme wind events or much warmer than normal temperatures all over the world especially in the northern hemisphere. So, wherever you live you have to prepare for almost anything weather wise in these times and often every area is unique in the kinds of problems they will have worldwide.
