High Spirits(1988) is another family friendly movie (mostly unless you are afraid of ghosts) too

This was my wife's tradition when I first met her in 1994 but I think I didn't spend Halloween for the first time with her until Halloween 1995. However, we have celebrated with this movie usually on Halloween because she loves this movie and it has a great cast led by Peter O'toole who is an academy award winner as well.
