My wife is a better writer than me but too much of a perfectionist to actually publish what she writes

She is a better writer because she is a consummate communicator and has three degrees including two degrees in art and a master's in Business Administration specializing in NON-Profits.  SO, I consider her to be "structurally" at least a much better writer than me.

However, I couldn't really classify myself as such as a writer I would classify myself as someone with the gift of storytelling.

My father and Grandfather had this gift too.

It's what people did mostly before there was radio or TV so if you were a storyteller and had great true stories to tell people wanted you around. Also, people wanted musicians and singers and actors around too. So, my Grandad and my Dad were two of the best story tellers I ever saw and I think I take after them. And since I can pretty much at this point type as fast as I can talk it works out quite well for me to write what I do.

Also, I'm less concerned with form than Content partly because as a young person I worshipped the truth and in some ways still do except now I'm much more polite about it which I learned to do more in my 20s.

You don't want the truth to kill people so I try to tell the truth in a way where it is more safe to know about so people can actually survive truth in their lives more than they did in the past.

If you study history or even this last election or last 2 years here on earth the truth definitely killed a lot of people and lies killed even more.

So, the good news is "The People have Spoken" now what will their representatives do with all this power?

That is what is important from my point of view right now.

Hopefully, they will save all the lives they can with this power.

This is my hope.
