There are legends of both Mu and Lemuria and Mu was supposed to be where the Hawaiian islands are now and sunk long before Atlantis. Lemuria was supposed to be where Oregon, California and
baja California are now and are supposed to be one of the longest above water places on earth at this time. However, this is one reason why people think at least the San Andreas Fault to the west of that might sink one day into the ocean.
It appears over time different parts of the earth go above water and below water over millions of years. There might be some kind of cycle to this that we might not be aware of quite yet.
I was looking at a map of Antarctica and realizing that under much of Antarctica is a land mass and wondering if this land mass once had a civilization on it? In other words did the earth once rotate on a different axis than now?
I don't have an answer to this question. But, it seems to me when weight within the earth changes like now that a different axis point or points could be reached by this weight change.
And we are experiencing such a weight displacement change right now with ice melting so very fast at the poles (where the north pole melted out in December for a time). As the ice melts all over earth a lot of it goes into the seas (which mostly are all connected now) and so this changes the weight displacement of earth and changes the shape of the earth too in weight changes.
I guess my question might be whether this could change the actual axis points where earth spins in time too?
For example, the Tsunami and Earthquake in Japan not only sank Japan in some areas 6 to 9 feet it also changed the speed of rotation of earth slightly. So, it changed the length of a day somewhat. Could water displacement now change other aspects of life on earth besides heating up a lot more from sun hitting blue water instead of reflective ice?
