Why?
Because Secret agencies of earth use retroactive Time Travel to retroactively prevent nuclear blasts. This is likely why we won't see nuclear blasts by Trump. It is theoretically possible that he has already nuked North Korea many times already and it was retroactively stopped without his permission. Presidents don't know about this just like President Kennedy wasn't told about UFOS even though Truman and Eisenhower dealt with them directly. Also, Time Travel came from the UFOS as a way to prevent nuking the whole planet out of existence like the planet that is now the asteroid belt was nuked out of existence 65 million years ago by our ancestors when a piece of that nuked asteroid came to earth in the gulf of Mexico and killed all the larger dinosaurs which made it possible for humanoids to live here then.
But, the galaxy though it will stop nuclear weapons by any means necessary now, it will not stop human extinction through global warming.
Why?
Because it's sort of like if people pooped all over their house until they all died with a disease it is their own fault isn't it?
If we cannot prevent or alter Global Warming we don't deserve to be alive as a human species on earth. That is exactly how the Galactic Government sees this.
So, likely the only way humans will be allowed to go extinct is by global warming caused by overpopulation of humans on earth.
