I watched the special by the same name on tv Tuesday Night. As an intuitive and as a researcher into this subject through both news and science I think this program was very realistic in its assessment of where we might be if we don't approach the problems of Global Climate Change like we are preparing for World War III. Car companies could be the mechanical engines of change by also making cars with solar cells covering the painted surfaces of cars, by making wind generators and new energy technologies through mass production. This could be true of car companies worldwide. Only a war type effort against the long term effects of global climate change will save even 3 to 3.5 billion people on earth by 2100.
The alternative to a world wide war effort against global warming will likely cause either close to extinction of the human race to maybe 150 million people left on earth with all or most civilization gone and only a few thousand left alive that can still read in 2100. In other words anything other than an all out war type effort against global warming during the next 100 years creates extinction or a new stone age for mankind.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
