Temporarily Nationalize Banks?

I was logically thinking through one actual solution to the problem of "No Jobs" worldwide and I came to the conclusion that the only way at present I see to avoid revolutions like have occurred worldwide like in Arab Spring worldwide in Western nations and beyond is to Temporarily nationalize all banks.

At present I can't' see another way out of the present mess. But if you are as concerned as I about all the present danger signs to world democracies caused directly by the present worldwide Banking "Constipation" unseen in modern times since the Great Depression and likely much more serious systemically worldwide than that was. Then you also can see one of the only ways out of this "Beginning worldwide Arab Spring type "Occupy Wall Street" movement now taking hold is to temporarily nationalize banks to stop them from being constipated and not loaning money to people enough to get the world wide economy moving again.

As long as banks are privatized the way they are now they will be too spooked to lend the money necessary to businesses to get the world economy moving again. So, the only present way I can see to avoid this problem is to temporarily nationalize all banks to force them to loan money to businesses especially worldwide to begin to create jobs once again. The alternative appears to be potentially bloody like what we have seen in the Middle east so far or much worse.

The effect would be similar to the U.S. government loaning money to General Motors and Chrysler a few years ago. Now, both companies are doing well again and either have already paid back the government or will soon. The nationalization of banks would look something like this. It would function a lot like the FDIC program in that the Government would guarantee loans to businesses in order to get banks to begin loaning money to businesses  to create jobs worldwide. So, it would be a common man bailout in this sense of being a way to create jobs in at least the U.S. Other countries (especially the European Union) would then emulate this creative response to today's real problems.
As jobs started to be created by the loans given to businesses innovation would kick in again.

This temporarily Nationalizing of all Banks could have the same effect as the Space program under President Kennedy and jump start innovation which then led to the development of the microchip, personal computers and the Internet just for starters.
