70s and 80s in Northern California
Winter hasn't really touched us completely yet here in Northern California. We have gotten down into the 50s but not much lower yet. So, it looks like we get highs of 70s and 80s (Fahrenheit) with lows in the 50s until about Tuesday but by this coming Friday winter is supposed to hit with a high below 55 and the lows in the 40s which is sort of normal for winter here. Though we don't ever get snow we often get 3 to 6 inches of hail during the winter (4 or 5 times usually during the nights) which also can get interesting from December to about March or April. But the hail is usually very small and usually not larger than pumpkin seeds at the largest. The winds sometimes between December and March Blow down trees and create power outages of 3 days or more as well. So, we'll have to see what this winter brings the northern California coast this winter.
