Other countries like the Netherlands and Japan with Tokyo have resorted to measures similar to this to keep their cities and coastal areas intact. We may have to do this too if we want to keep Northeastern Cities safe. Since this is the most concentrated population area in the U.S. if we can't protect New England with New York City and Washington D.C. what can we protect?
