Healers
There are many different kinds of healers. As an intuitive I have walked by people whose energy was so amazing I wanted to almost faint off into bliss just walking by them or near them. And most of the time they are just regular people with an amazing vibe. Other times you will go to visit a faith healer or something like that and though they are like a conduit from the other side of healing there are other aspects that are very strange about the person. I think mostly it has to do with ability and motivation of whoever you are walking by, talking to, or visiting with in some kind of healing situation. It is sort of like going to a doctor, or chiropractor, or accupuncturist. I have had both good and bad experiences with all different kinds of healers both spiritual healers and doctor types and practitioners that have to be licensed. So, I think everyone has to be sort of aware of the possibilities before they go see anyone so they don't just act foolishly and over medicate or go to someone who breaks their neck or back or something like this. Healers like doctors come in all shapes and sizes. There is a business saying "Caveat Emptor" which I think is Latin for "May the Buyer Beware". I think this is true for anything you buy including medicine or even faith healing. One has to go into every situation with their eyes wide open.
