Despite the polar cold coming into the northern Part of the Nation California is unseasonably warm with no rain and wind tending to be blowing out to sea from the land which is also preventing fog (both high and low) from coming on land much in northern California most places. What appears to be happening is we are having these unseasonable highs during the daytime but more normal night time temperatures of the 40s at night.
