It is very likely you are too to some degree or another. There are blood tests to test for this even though the bank of blood tests I took was pretty expensive ($1000). One way to test for gluten allergy is to give up all gluten for a week to see if you feel better not eating it. For me personally after just not eating any gluten at all for 2 to 3 days I lost about 80% of my joint and muscle pain. However, it should be noted that most people over 40 or 50 years of age will experience being more pain free and much more mobile and more comfortable exercising by giving up gluten from their diets.
However, what you need to understand if you actually are allergic to gluten is once you give gluten up for a month or more it is very likely you will get sick a little bit or feel your brain swell up if you eat it again because your body stops adapting to dealing with gluten because you aren't eating it anymore. So, if you want to eat gluten and are actually allergic to it you can't really go back to it very easily.
I ate gluten my whole life and loved pasta and pizza a lot. In fact, I would call myself a pasta freak which was kind of a little bit difficult to deal with at first when I had to give up all gluten pasta. But, there is now rice pasta and pastas made from all sorts of other things to replace wheat based pasta that you can now also buy. But, mostly you are going to have to cook it for yourself unless you are going to a restaurant that specializes or has gluten free pasta. So, you can look this sort of thing up online to find gluten free restaurants or to find the gluten free dishes that restaurant serves.
