Staying Alive

Does your life have a purpose?
Does being alive have meaning to you?
Do you want to eat better so you can feel better?
Do you have fun things to do for exercise?
Like swimming, bicycling, running, hiking, etc.?
If exercise is fun and people you know like to do
that exercise with you, you likely will live longer
because of it.

Also, in your spare time study about foods, water,
Health. Figure out what diet, water, foods are best for you
and your body type and immune system.

What are you allergic too?

For example, I didn't know I was allergic to Gluten
for 65 years. And on top of this, I was a pasta freak
(I liked pasta and pizza a lot).
I knew I felt a little strange (my brain would swell a little)
and my thoughts became muddled. But, not much different
than if I drank a beer (which I usually don't) because basically
I'm allergic somewhat to alcohol like my father and grandfather
also were. (I'm not a nice person when I drink). So I go from a very
polite and kind person to a really mean and scary one. So, I just don't drink usually
more than one glass of wine with friends once a month or less.

Is there somewhere you long to travel to? Is there someone you long to be with?
Is there a way to make both things happen together?

If you are happy in your life you likely will want to stay alive.

If you are not happy it is less likely you will stay alive.

It's not that you will kill yourself.

It's that if you aren't happy enough to stay alive then you might not
by eating crappy and not taking care of yourself. This way you might just
die by accident on food, or drink or drugs or not driving while you are awake
enough to.

You have to care enough to stay alive by doing the things necessary to make your life
have meaning so you actually want to stay alive. Otherwise you just won't be alive anymore at some point.

We all have known people that just didn't care enough to stay alive at any age and are gone now because of it. Don't be one of them.
