Hawaiian Mangoes

I was somewhere south of Kona heading towards Two-Step beach which is a great beach for snorkling unless the surf is big because you have to jump off lava steps directly into the ocean there.

I was waiting for a fruit smoothie (likely mango) and saw this poster on the wall there. I was amazed how many varieties of Mangoes grow on the Hawaiian Islands so I snapped a picture with my Iphone so I could share it with you. I don't know who makes this poster but you might find it online if you want to order one.

After I flew back to the mainland I hadn't been injured at two step but a friend from Mt. Shasta was when he was slammed into the lava rocks by a wave. He had what locals call "A Pele Tattoo" which means Pele was greeting him and liked him. However, what this looked like was a black and blue mark from his left hip to his right about where he would wear a belt on his back. But, he was proud of his
"Pele Tattoo" and showed it to my wife and I when he stayed a day at our house before returning to Mt. Shasta.

I was impressed by this poster on all of the types of tropical fruit grown on the Hawaiian islands. Much of it was wasn't familiar with at all. If you search online you also might find this poster titled:
Tropical Fruit from the Big Island of Hawaii
