When government infrastructure breaks down from ISIS coming into new territories the first thing they do is execute all men who aren't extremist Sunni. This means all Sunni men, Shia men, Yazidi men, Christian men, and any other men who aren't religious are killed who don't join their army right then if they are above 10 to 15 years of age.
All women are sold and raped in order to bear more ISIS children who can grow up to be ISIS soldiers and give their lives with a suicide vest too.
But, the net effect is the depopulation of the middle East region by region until this stops sometime in the next 1 to 5 to 10 years depending upon the will of all countries on earth to quickly or less quickly stop this.
However, it isn't just the carnage left behind it is also about millions of children uneducated and abused, killed or sexually abused or all three. It is about millions of women abused, killed or sexually abused or all three.
So, there likely are more "walking wounded" people now in the Middle East than have been anywhere on earth since the end of the last Cold War in 1991.
When you consider that the last "Cold War" is thought to have killed around 90 to 100 million people from 1945 until 1991 this is something to think about too.
