Have you noticed that people keep dying from Artificial turf from cancer and GMOs from allergies but no one seems to be able to do anything about either?
Part of the reason is companies who have the money to pay for studies are the same people who want to sell people things that might kill them or their kids. So, the studies aren't properly conducted.
I took Social Science courses in the late 1980s and learned then SPSS which is a research computer program to get answers from people on various questions.
Out of this we found that many of the students at the college I was attending were dead. In other words they were registered for class but were already dead. They might have been students before they died, but they were dead students.
Because the college was a state public college, in order to get more state funding (someone) had put these dead names in and registered them as students for years by then.
The point I'm trying to make here is that often the way you ask questions will change the way people answer questions. So, you can skew the results in any direction you want to just by the way you choose to ask people questions. And many companies do this to the detriment of everyone. This is one of the techniques taught in Social Science and Psychology and in Social Psychology. So, if you are smart enough you can make people believe that up is down and in is out and really confuse them like many companies do. It is sort of like making up a whole series of white lies.
The U.S. government has been eminently successful at repressing knowledge of UFOS for example since World War II just by making people realize if they talk about their UFO experiences they will be laughed at and fired from their jobs and their kids won't eat or go to college or grow up right.
For example, a Mexican restaurant's motto here in South Korea is "Better than Genuine". This is the kind of motto that is sort of fun and the food might taste better than genuine Mexican food. But then why are you still calling the food Mexican? (I loved the food by the way).
So, once again, Up is down and in is out. (Even though it might all be great fun).
However, this article is not about fun it is about people dying from real causes and this not stopping anytime soon.
The other point is: "Figures don't lie but liars use figures".
It is also possible that the college I attended still registers dead students to get more money from the state.
Likewise, more people will die of cancer from artificial turf if people are dumb enough to let their kids play on it. (The small pieces of tires get into noses and mouths and ears when they fall and this appears to be the source of the cancer). or they breathe in tire dust.
People will die of allergic reactions to GMOs all over the world where they are sold or eaten. But, for the most part they won't know what they are dying from because only one state in the U.S. has laws that force people to show on the package that they are eating GMOS.
So, as the population gets thinned out in ignorance of what they are doing, Natural selection is at work.
However, if no one tells you something is wrong then that isn't natural selection, that is at the very least, 2nd degree murder even here in the U.S. And companies should be held legally liable for this.
So, this is something to think about too.
Note: I also learned today there is a more expensive alternative to little pieces of tire and tire dust used in artificial turf. This other artificial turf uses cork and coconut husks instead of ground up tires. Because this is naturally occurring plant fibers in cork and coconut it tends not to cause cancer either.
