This is the kind of deal that ISIS would be directly or indirectly involved in. They are in bed with Drug Cartels all over the world in various ways. This is one way they finance ISIS. The other way is by selling the organs of the people they kill on the black market.

Australian police have seized $1 billion Australian dollars' worth of
the drug "ice" from a shipment of silicon bra inserts and art supplies,
the country's federal police said, worth approximately US$700 million.
