As the Poles Melt

We saw this winter in December the North pole melt completely out for a few days. This has never happened before (that I know of). Someone said it was going to melt out in February too. I haven't heard whether that happened or not. But, think about this: "IT was getting dark when the North pole melted out!" How crazy is that?

As the poles melt the arctic is just ice and so that is going to be eventually water only most of the year. So, there will be no ice at all most of the year up there at all eventually.

However, Antarctica is a continent made of dirt covered with ice and bigger than the United States. This is going to be prime real estate when the average temperature there is about like Hawaii (some time from now). So, I think you will see nations fighting over that land like a big pie and likely by the size and proximity of nations Antarctica is going to be divided up among the nations and likely eventually become a nation unto itself a lot like the U.S.

So when the average temperature at the north and South poles is 76degrees Fahrenheit like it once was before, I think a lot of people are going to want to be living in Antarctica especially during the summer there which is between November and February of every year. And you might see cruise ships turning the North pole into a Hawaii type of experience by cruising or anchoring there in summers in the Arctic (from June to September) of every year when the weather is good. I could see snorkling and scuba diving and wind surfing at the north pole in 76 degree average temperature Year around.

It will be the new Hawaii then (whenever this comes to pass).

However, this would also mean average temperatures at equator year around of 100 to 150 degrees with humidity which would kill most people just going outside. So, people there likely would spend a lot of time underground and only come out during the nights when it was 80 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
