China has always been ungovernable: It's why no one attacks China

After reading the last article about a near war between Russia and China in 1969 it is obvious to me what happened on one level. If the Soviet Union had attacked China it would have left the Soviets Vulnerable to the U.S.

Besides, attacking China is a no win situation. China has never been governable. It's just too big. Even now up to 50,000 uprisings every year occur with 250 to 500 people fighting the government or that state because they have been abused in one way or another by local or federal government corruption. Like I said, China has always been completely ungovernable a lot like the Wild West was from about 1840 to the 1880s in regard to outlaws.

Understanding this, the Soviets were Pragmatic in understanding that even if they blew up much of China they could not hold it because it has always been ungovernable. Also, they viewed China then as basically an Insane version of communism much like the world views North Korea Today.

Though the whole world has changed all countries know that attacking China is a no win proposition because of it's ungovernability because of 1.4 billion people.

So, no one is going to attack China because of this. They might defend themselves against China but no one is going to attack it directly. There is nothing at all to be gained from this.

So, attacking China is not going to happen by any wise country on earth.

And here's one crazy fact about China you might not know:

Though there are 300 million people in China at middle class or Rich level like in the U.S. or Europe there are also 300 million people there with Tuberculosis like in a 3rd world country. And everyone else is somewhere in between. Some of these forms of Tuberculosis have no cure whatsoever anywhere on earth. So, the world doesn't want a tuberculosis epidemic of incurable TB getting loose and spreading all over either.

China is incomprehensible to most of the world because of these things.
